No Knead Cheese Bread



This is a modification from the King Arthur Flour website. This bread is delicious!

Ingredients:

1/4 c minced onion, sauteed + 1/4 c dried minced onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 c All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups mozzarella cheese diced (or shredded or both. I just used diced)
2 large eggs
1 1/4 c milk


Method
  
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mix and beat well. 


Pour the batter into a greased or silicone baking pan. Allow the batter to rise (1.5 - 2 hrs) until it has approximately doubled. Bake the bread at 450 F for about 40 - 50 min.
